In order to be effective, yoga must be practiced daily or on a regular basis with no long lapses of time between classes. A minimum commitment of 10 classes in 30 days is required to derive maximum benefit from this yoga program.

Saturday - 9am / 4pm (E)

All classes are 90 minutes unless an (E) is noted – (E) is a 60 minute class.
