Lea Jacobson

Certified Bikram Yoga Instructor

I was born and raised in Great Falls but left Montana after college. I discovered Bikram Yoga while living in New York State and as with most people, my journey has been wonderful but sometimes challenging. 

I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer and after having my thyroid removed, I never felt good.  I lacked energy and was depressed. Then I discovered the health benefits of eating a plant-based diet and soon after that I found Bikram Yoga – which changed my life.

I graduated from Bikram Yoga teacher training in Fall of 2010. “I am thrilled to bring Bikram yoga to Billings. Teaching yoga is truly inspiring each and every time.  The collective energy created when a class moves together is a beautiful thing! If you haven’t experienced it – just wait and see!” I look forward to seeing you in the hot room!


Alexis Bonogofsky

I was born and raised in Billings. After attending college in Spokane and graduate school in Denver, I returned to Montana in 2008. I took over the family farm and raise goats. I also work on wildlife conservation issues for the National Wildlife Federation. I love photography and spends quite a bit of time taking pictures of our lovely state.

I never practiced yoga until I came to the Bikram yoga studio in 2011, when we first opened our doors and I have been hooked ever since. I attended Tony Sanchez Hatha Yoga teacher training in April of 2014. I credit Bikram yoga with changing my body, my mind and my life. I can’t wait to see you in the studio!


Kimberly Szudera

I am from Havre MT and relocated to Billings MT with my 2 daughters in 2006 after graduating from nursing school. My first Bikram yoga class was in December 2011. After the 1st month of a consistent practice, I started to feel the difference yoga made in healing some of my physical issues related to years of long distance running. After a few months of practicing, I knew I wanted to teach yoga to help inspire others in their own journey with yoga. It not only helped my sore knees, hamstrings, and hip flexors; but with my determination, concentration and healing benefits on a emotional and spiritual level as well. I attended the Tony Sanchez Hatha Yoga teacher training April 2014. It is my hope to motivate and encourage students in this life changing yoga! See you in the HOT room!


Synda Rorex

Certified Bikram Yoga Instructor

I took my first Bikram Yoga class in 2001. I had no idea what to expect. My sister convinced me to join a 60 day challenge with her and I reluctantly went along. At first I thought it was so weird… The heat, the breathing exercise at the beginning, all of it. Once I let go of judgement and started listening and doing the postures I fell in love with the practice. Doing 6 classes a week for 10 weeks changes you, in a way that can’t be explained, you just need to experience it yourself. I went to the intense, 9 week Bikram training in the spring of 2003. I have learned so much about myself and people in general from teaching and practicing this series. I am grateful to have the opportunity to include Bikram Yoga in my journey.
