Bikram Yoga Billings has only certified  yoga instructors.  Our friendly, casual atmosphere invites you in to learn and practice yoga in a safe and comfortable environment.



Lea Jacobson

Lea was born and raised in Great Falls but left Montana after college.  She discovered Bikram Yoga while living in New York State and as with most people, her journey has been wonderful but sometimes challenging. 

She was diagnosed with thyroid cancer and after having her thyroid removed, she never felt good.  She lacked energy and was depressed. A few years ago she discovered the health benefits of eating a plant-based diet and soon after that she discovered Bikram Yoga – which changed her life.

She graduated from Bikram Yoga teacher training in Fall of 2010.  Lea says, “Teaching yoga is truly inspiring each and every time.  The collective energy created when a class moves together is a beautiful thing!  If you haven’t experienced it – just wait and see!”   She looks forward to seeing you in the hot room!

Synda Rorex

I took my first Bikram Yoga class in 2001. I had no idea what to expect. My sister convinced me to join a 60 day challenge with her and I reluctantly went along. At first I thought it was so weird… The heat, the breathing exercise at the beginning, all of it. Once I let go of judgement and started listening and doing the postures I fell in love with the practice. Doing 6 classes a week for 10 weeks changes you, in a way that can’t be explained, you just need to experience it yourself. I went to the intense, 9 week Bikram training in the spring of 2003. I have learned so much about myself and people in general from teaching and practicing this series. I am grateful to have the opportunity to include Bikram Yoga in my journey.

All classes are 90 minutes unless an (E) is noted – (E) is a 60 minute class.
