WELCOME TO BIKRAM YOGA BILLINGS
Get ready to sweat, purify your body, and gain more energy with this healing practice. Bikram yoga is open to all levels and is designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, and balance. The 90 minute series features 26 hatha yoga postures and 2 breathing exercises and is practiced in a 105 degree heated room at 40% humidity. Our Bikram Certified Teachers are here to encourage you, motivate you, and inspire you to do your best. We are so happy you have decided to join us.
